Measures to prevent the risk of coronavirus infection in Condal Blanes apartments
Our wish is to offer you the best holiday in the Condal-Blanes apartments and to achieve this we are incorporating measures to reinforce the hygiene, disinfection and cleaning of all the campsite facilities in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the ICTE (Institute for Tourist Quality).
The measures taken are:
Creation of a committee for the prevention of Covid-19
The function of this committee is to create, validate and follow up the protocols to be implemented, based on the guidelines of the health authorities and entities in our sector. The committee is made up of personnel responsible for the different areas of the campsite and external advisors responsible for the prevention of occupational hazards.
Cleaning, disinfection and protection
Our laundry certifies the washing of clothes with disinfectant products.
All our cleaning products are authorised disinfectants approved in the Health Registry as virucides.
We reinforce the cleaning of the apartments in order to achieve an effective disinfection, also and especially in the areas of greater contact used by the clients (taps, door knobs, toilet buttons...)
We intensify the adequate aeration and ventilation of the apartment before your arrival. The keys are disinfected before delivery.
The textiles in the apartments are disinfected with an approved virucide product.
Dishes and kitchenware are disinfected for safe use.

Our staff always has easy access to proper hand washing with soap and water or hydroalcoholic gel.
There will be continuous coordination with the company's health service.

We have prepared a series of measures to offer you more peace of mind and better service: On your arrival you will pick up the keys to the accommodation at the reception of Camping Blanes.
You will need to provide us with a valid mobile phone and email address so that we can contact you.
Our customer service team will be online during office hours (9 am to 1pm and 4 pm to 8 pm) to inform you of everything you need and to help you make the most of your holiday, via telephone or email.
On the day of your departure you only need to leave the keys inside the apartment and notify that you have left.
Common areas of the Condal building residents' association
The cleaning of the common areas is reinforced with the use of virucidal products to ensure disinfection (lifts, entrance hall...)
Respect the signs indicated by the Community of Neighbors of the building for the prevention of risk of infection by coronavirus both in the pool and in the playground. There is a possibility that some facilities are temporarily out of use.
On the beach
Follow the recommendations and indications for the safe use of the beach that you will find on the many signpost of the accesses to the beaches.
And remember for your safety:
- It is important to wash your hands properly and often.
- The recommended safety distance to prevent infection is 1.5 m
- You should use personal protective equipment such as masks in all areas where the safety distance cannot be maintained.
- There is a non-contact temperature thermometer in the reception area.
- If you observe any symptoms compatible with coronavirus disease: fever, cough, difficulty in breathing... please inform us as soon as possible so that we can take the corresponding health measures.
